Policies
Full payment is required to confirm and book your order. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Cash payments are not accepted.
Order Timing
All orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
Order Changes
Order dates cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed to maintain scheduling and quality control. Any other changes to an order (such as color scheme, flower types, or pickup time) must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to approval.
Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed and supplies have been purchased, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Pickup Policy
Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of completion. Failure to pick up your order within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the order without refund.
Delivery
Pickup and delivery options are available. Delivery services start at a $15 minimum fee, depending on location.
Product Care
Kaia’s Floral Creations is not responsible for damage to arrangements after pickup or delivery. Floral products should be handled with care and stored in a cool, shaded environment to maintain freshness.
Customer Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and pickup or delivery details. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information are non-refundable.

To ensure clear documentation and the best service possible, all order questions or updates should be submitted via email or text message.
